When does registration open and what are the fees?
Registration opens on 1st June 2026. Fees (incl. GST): IDA RC Member ₹7,100 · Non-IDA RC Member ₹8,100 · Non-IDA Spouse ₹7,000 · IDA Delegate/PG ₹4,100 · UG Students/Interns ₹3,000. These rates are valid till 31st August 2026.
How do I submit an abstract or paper for the conference?
Abstract submissions are open until 30th September 2026. Abstracts must be under 300 words in Times New Roman 12pt (.doc/.docx format, max 6 authors). Submit via the Abstract Submission page or email the Scientific Committee at contactus@52ndksidaconf.com.
Is accommodation arranged for delegates?
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, several hotels are available near NIMHANS Convention Centre including Vivanta, Novotel, Taj Vivanta and ITC Gardenia.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
For cancellation and refund queries, please contact the secretariat directly at contactus@52ndksidaconf.com. Refund policies will be communicated at the time of registration confirmation.
